The 2012 Power Lunch series kicked off on January 10th with the celebration of Coaching4Success’ 80th Power Lunch
The Winter/Spring series is focusing on The Neuroscience of Leadership featuring several lunches exploring the principles of Neuroleadership and its application to organizational learning, development and leadership practices.
The March lunch discussion gave the participants the opportunity to discuss why change is often connected with pain and find out what we can do to cope with change and transformation.
Creativity and innovation define the future of business and are key to its success. Creativity drives ideas, ideas drive innovation and innovation drive new products and market.
During the April 17th two-hour session, we will explore the key processes organizations can create to facilitate creativity and drive innovation. We will also look at some of the creative ways companies are finding to keep their innovation initiatives moving during the current economic downturn.
Participants will enjoy a stimulating discussion with peers and professionals, and will gain insights into the topic of Neuroleadership through Karin’s years of experience as a management coach and consultant.
